New chapter

 Woke up at 7am today and decided to go for a run. I want to make this a new habit in order to build up my body to the shape I want it. It only takes 24 days to build a habit and to break one so hopefully this will be the start of something new.

Things I'm grateful for today:

Helped a friend with an assignment

Had a bunch of chicken wings

Starting to lose the defective feeling within
